Oh, what a title...I hate coming up with them...have I said that before?
Anyway, I worked really hard on this! Yet even so, I'm still not satisfied...but I guess, it's Godot and I won't ever be satisfied It's conveniently wallpaper sized! Actually, I made this purposefully as a wallpaper for myself, at the highest resolution (1200x1600), so if you would like a higher res, please feel free to ask ^_^
I used a reference stock image from ~ibleedpoetry for the body position, a technique I think I will continue with for my fan art since it's very helpful with learning what the body really does in various positions.
Final note: Although it's very sexy, I don't really like when people make Godot's scar across the bridge of his nose. *MINI SPOILERS* Considering Dahlia's height and where he bled from during the last case, I think it's more likely that the scar would have an upward motion, not be straight across, and would be located on the left side of his face, not spread evenly.
RANT UPDATE: OK, so, the fanbook DOES show Godot's scar being across the bridge of his nose...which is still sexy...but which I still think is wrong X< THE BLOOD DOESN'T MATCH. But, I guess from now on I'll draw it the way the fanbook shows...my logic still can't argue with that in my own heart, lol.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
